Privacy policy
This policy explains how Nextly LLC handles personal data on this website and, in summary, in the creator stores it operates under the Nextly Labs name. Each store also has its own privacy policy, linked at the bottom of every store page, which is the reference for purchases.
Who is responsible
Nextly LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States, with its address at 412 W 7th, Clovis, New Mexico 88101, United States, is responsible for the personal data described in this policy (the data controller). For any privacy question, write to privacy@nextly-labs.com.
This website
- No cookies or trackers. This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and uses no analytics, advertising or social media tools.
- Nothing loaded from third parties. Pages, fonts and images are served from our own server, so your browser contacts no one else while you read them.
- No forms. The website doesn’t ask you for any personal data.
- Server logs. Our web server keeps no access logs for this website. To deliver each page it processes your IP address and the request your browser sends, and it may note technical errors, which we use only to keep the server secure and working.
- Hosting. The website runs on a server rented from a hosting provider, which processes data only on our behalf.
When you write to us
If you email us, we use your address and your message to reply and to deal with your request, and we keep the correspondence for as long as that takes and any legal obligation requires.
The stores we operate
When you buy from or contact a creator store we operate, Nextly LLC is the seller and handles your data as follows. This is a summary: each store’s privacy policy has the details.
- What we use. Name, email address, phone number, delivery address and, where the carrier requires it, your national ID or tax number (in Argentina, DNI or CUIT), to process, ship and deliver your order.
- Payments. They are processed by the payment provider. The stores never store card details.
- Support. The messages and files you send from the store’s Help page, to answer you.
- Newsletters. Your email address and the record of your consent, only if you subscribed. See the email policy.
- Who receives it. The partner print shop and the carrier receive only what they need to produce and deliver your order. Creators receive sales totals, never customers’ personal data. The service providers that host our systems, store files, send email and process payments handle data only on our behalf.
- Access. Files with customer data, such as production batches and support attachments, are kept in private storage that only authorized staff and partners can open.
- How long. We keep order data for as long as needed for the order, support, returns and our legal and tax obligations.
Why we can use your data
We use personal data to carry out the purchase you asked for and to support you, to meet legal and tax obligations, with your consent for newsletters (which you can withdraw at any time), and on our legitimate interest in keeping our websites and systems secure.
Where data is processed
Nextly LLC is a US company and some of our service providers operate in other countries, so your data may be processed outside the country where you live.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correct it, delete it, object to its use or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to privacy@nextly-labs.com or, for a purchase, use the Help page of the store. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the data protection authority where you live.
Security
All our websites use encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to personal data is limited to the people and partners who need it for their work.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
