Email policy

Nextly LLC sends email from the domain nextly-labs.com on behalf of the creator stores it operates under the Nextly Labs name. This page explains what we send, to whom, and how we make sure people only get the email they expect.

Who sends our email

  • Every message comes from an address at nextly-labs.com. A store’s emails show the store’s name as the sender and an address that identifies it, for example: Store name <storename@nextly-labs.com>. Our own messages come from Nextly Labs.
  • Replies to a store’s email go to its support team, and the footer names the store and the seller, Nextly LLC.
  • We only send email for the stores we operate and for our own business. We don’t send on behalf of third parties or offer our sending infrastructure to anyone else.

Transactional email

Most of what we send is transactional: messages about something you did or asked for. They contain no advertising.

Order confirmation
Right after a purchase: items, total, delivery address and a link to the order.
Payment problems
If a payment isn’t approved, with a link to try again.
Production and shipping
When the order goes into production and when it ships, with the tracking number.
Refunds
When we refund a payment.
Access codes
One-time codes to see your orders or to confirm a support request.
Support
Confirmation that we received your message, and our replies.
Withdrawal requests
An acknowledgement with a reference code when you use a store’s withdrawal button.
Stock and drop alerts
Only if you asked to be told when a specific product is back or a drop opens. Sent once.
Review requests
Only in stores that collect reviews: one message a few days after your order ships or is delivered, and at most one reminder.
Partner and team notices
Production batches for partner print shops and alerts for our team, sent only to business addresses.

Newsletters

A store may send news about its drops and releases, and only to people who asked for it:

  • People who subscribe on the store’s website get a confirmation email first, and join the list only after clicking the link in it (double opt-in). If they don’t confirm, they receive nothing else.
  • Buyers who tick the box to hear about new drops and releases at checkout. The box is never pre-ticked.

In addition:

  • We keep a record of each subscriber’s consent: how they joined and the wording they agreed to.
  • Each store’s list belongs to that store alone. We never buy, rent or sell email lists, and we never add addresses that didn’t opt in.
  • Sign-up forms can’t be used to flood someone’s inbox: the same address gets at most one confirmation email every 10 minutes and four a day, and the form gives the same answer whether or not the address is already subscribed.
  • Newsletters are kept apart from transactional email: an order email never carries advertising.

Unsubscribing

  • Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link (a newsletter can’t be sent without one) and List-Unsubscribe headers with one-click support (RFC 8058), so mail apps such as Gmail can show their own unsubscribe button.
  • Unsubscribing takes effect immediately: the address leaves the store’s list and is skipped even by a newsletter that is already being sent.
  • Unsubscribing from a newsletter doesn’t stop emails about your own orders, which we need to send.
  • To have your subscription and the record of your consent deleted entirely, write to privacy@nextly-labs.com.

Sending volume

  • Newsletters are sent gradually, in small batches and within hourly and daily limits for the whole platform, so a campaign never floods mailboxes.
  • Transactional email always comes first: newsletters only use the capacity it leaves free, with a margin reserved for it.

Bounces and complaints

  • Addresses that bounce permanently (for example, because they don’t exist) and people who mark our email as spam are added to a suppression list, and we stop sending to them.
  • Temporary delivery failures are retried a limited number of times and then dropped.

Authentication and security

  • nextly-labs.com publishes SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, so receiving servers can check that a message really comes from us.
  • Our email provider delivers messages over encrypted connections (TLS) whenever the receiving server supports them.
  • We never ask for passwords or card numbers by email.

  • If you received an email from an address at nextly-labs.com that you didn’t ask for, forward it with its full headers to abuse@nextly-labs.com. We look into every report: if an address was added without consent, we remove it and fix the cause.
  • Mail server administrators can write to postmaster@nextly-labs.com.
  • To report a security issue, see our security.txt.
